Building on the foundations of Athletic Body Program 1, this program (Months 4-6) strives to make you take the best out of your workout experience by making you fitter, faster and stronger.

The Athletic Body Program 2 is a continuation of the Athletic Body Program 1. Athletic Body Program 2 builds on the strengths of the first three months to make you a fitter, faster and healthier athlete. The workouts can be executed at any CrossFit box and commercial gyms.

Duration of the Athletic Body Program 2: 3 months.

The program comes in 3-month blocks, and one can opt to terminate or continue the program whenever. No financial commitments.
