One-on-One training

Work with Sarah one-on-one for 30-60 minutes depending on goals. The training program begins with a thorough assessment of strength, balance and power. Each 3-5 week phase consists of 3-5 workouts per week. A variety of testing modalities are used to design each athlete's specific program and monitor their progress. This is often complemented with an in-depth nutrition and supplement plan
